About this Coffee

Our Royal blend — 80% estate Arabica and Robusta, 20% roasted chicory — is the sweet spot between pure coffee intensity and the body that chicory provides. A 500g pack, enough for the household that brews twice a day.

This is the ratio that Le Meridien and Sun TV group cafeterias specify when they order from us. Clean, aromatic, satisfying — never oversweet, never too bitter. A Royal cup is a confident cup.

Roasted to our filter darkness standard, ground fine, vacuum-sealed. The resealable bag keeps grounds fresh for 6 weeks after opening.

South Indian Filter — Method

Mix 1 part decoction to 3 parts hot boiled whole milk for a classic South Indian kaapi. Jaggery instead of sugar adds a pleasant molasses note.

Royal 500g — our kitchen staple

The Royal blend is the right balance — strong enough for the South Indian palate, not so heavy on chicory that it becomes bitter. The 500g pack lasts our family of five about two weeks. We have been buying this for six months and will not change.
