Mirras Coffee
85% coffee, 15% chicory | Pack of 2 × 250g
Our signature blend — 85% estate Arabica from Mother Mirra Coffee Plantations, Coorg, blended with 15% roasted chicory. This is the ratio that has won us ~75% of the institutional coffee market in Tamil Nadu and earned a place on the tables of ITC Hotels, Taj Hotels, and Marriott properties.
The chicory we source is separately roasted to a complementary level, lending body and the characteristic thick texture that transforms a decoction in milk. The Arabica base is drawn from our Coorg and Sakleshpur estates — Arabica and Robusta grown in the Western Ghats shade canopy for 100+ years.
Two 250g packs vacuum-sealed for maximum freshness. Enough for approximately 40 cups of traditional South Indian filter coffee.

Mix 1 part decoction to 3 parts hot boiled whole milk for a classic South Indian kaapi. Jaggery instead of sugar adds a pleasant molasses note.

My husband will not drink any other filter coffee now
We switched from our supermarket brand three months ago. The decoction from the Premium blend is richer and the aroma when we open the vacuum pack is something else entirely. The 250g × 2 pack lasts our household of four just under three weeks.
