Brew Guide
Hot: 1–2 tsp in 200ml hot water or milk. For a caramel latte style: dissolve in 50ml hot water, top with 150ml steamed or warm milk.

South Indian Filter — Method
Mix 1 part decoction to 3 parts hot boiled whole milk for a classic South Indian kaapi. Jaggery instead of sugar adds a pleasant molasses note.
Caramel instant — my evening ritual
I have tried caramel-flavoured coffees from several brands. Most use artificial caramel that tastes candy-sweet. The Mirras Caramel instant is different — the caramel is warm and butterscotch-like, integrated into the coffee rather than plastered on top. My evening cup for the past four months.
