Pure Coorg Honey
Mirras Coffee
Raw | Unprocessed | Coffee-blossom honey | Coorg
About this Coffee
Wild forest honey collected from bees that feed on coffee blossoms on our Coorg estate. Unprocessed and raw — no heat treatment, no additives. The honey carries a delicate floral note from the coffee flowers, distinct from standard wildflower or commercial honey.
Coffee-blossom honey is a traditional Coorg estate product. Our bees have been kept in the shade canopy of the plantation for generations. Each batch is seasonal and limited by the bloom cycle.
Add to your morning coffee instead of sugar — the floral sweetness is a natural match.
