About this Coffee

Aromatic cardamom-infused tea — the warm fragrance of green cardamom in every cup. An Assam CTC base blended with real cardamom from Coorg (where cardamom grows alongside our coffee plants under the same shade canopy).

A South Indian classic — the cup that follows filter coffee in many households. The cardamom note is genuine and unmistakable, not artificial flavouring.

South Indian Filter — Method

Mix 1 part decoction to 3 parts hot boiled whole milk for a classic South Indian kaapi. Jaggery instead of sugar adds a pleasant molasses note.
